Full marks for the ambience and service. However, the food is not worth the price. As an Indian, I didn't find it authentic, and it felt like the restaurant is catering to people who may not know what real Indian food tastes like. The options we tried were disappointingβcold masala chai, papri chaat, and samosas. None of them met expectations, especially considering the price. Only relief was Vada Paav

If you are looking for an incredible Indian dining experience that perfectly balances tradition with a fresh, modern twist, **Nimbu** in Princeton is the place to be. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a very cool and unique interior. The ambiance has an amazing vibe, and the hospitality matches it perfectlyβthe staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our entire meal. As for the food, every single dish was a home run: * **The Vada Pav:** Unbelievably delicious. It captures the authentic, comforting essence of classic street food with perfect execution. * **Chit Chaat French Fries:** A total standout. They were incredibly tasty, and the fresh cilantro and masala added a spectacular, unique touch that took them to the next level. * **Paneer Rice Bowl:** Absolutely on point. The flavors were beautifully balanced, well-seasoned, and incredibly satisfying. The culinary creativity, fantastic service, and atmosphere make Nimbu an absolute gem. I am already looking forward to going back and trying more of the menu. Highly recommended!

I went to Nimbu for lunch with my daughter and sister. We ordered an assortment of items. We wanted to try a variety of dishes. We had a few appetizers, salads, entrees and even dessert. The pani puri stands put as my favorite! The food is fresh and bursting with flavor. If you are unsure of what to order, the staff is happy to review the menu or make recommendations. I like to try something new each time I go. The chai tea is spicy and hot perfect for the cold weather. You can also get a large carafe of water for your table. The atmosphere is fun and colorful. Plenty of seating available. I highly recommend!
